How ordering works

Five steps from browsing to your door. Nothing is bought on Yuan Vault, we just get you to the right place fast.

1. Create your account

   Sign up with LitBuy through our link so the welcome credit applies to your first order.

2. Find it, tap through

   Browse the catalog here. Tapping any photo opens the exact item on the agent, ready to add.

3. Place the order

   Add it to your cart on the agent's site and pay. This is a normal checkout, nothing happens on Yuan Vault itself.

4. Approve the QC photos

   Before shipping, you'll get photos of the actual item. Check them against our QC guide, then approve or ask for a swap.

5. Ship and track

   Pick a shipping line, pay freight, and follow the package with our tracking tool until it lands.
